Eight companies, run as one portfolio.
BHR Group is a holding and trading group. Its companies make garments, trade fabric, yarn and wool, import and supply agritech products, export organic agricultural products, move freight, hold real estate and manage investments. Most of what the group handles is tangible — cloth on rolls, cones of yarn and cartons of agricultural products — and its services exist to keep those goods moving.
Each company keeps its own market: fashion retail in Russia, garment manufacturing and export in India, sourcing in China, investment holding and corporate advisory in Dubai, the group’s holding company in Hongkong. Held together, they give the group reach that none of them would have alone.

Production & Manufacturing
Garment manufacturing is the trade the group shows best. BHR Impex produces and exports apparel and textiles from India. The group also trades fabric, yarn and wool. The materials on this page — herringbone weaves, sequined cloth, dyed yarn — are BHR’s own, photographed as supplied.
Trading & Global Commerce
Trading is the thread between the companies. D & S Fashion operates garment manufacturing, import and export in Russia; BHR Global Enterprises imports and supplies agritech products and exports organic agricultural products from India; the Hongkong holding company trades in its own right. Import, export, retail and agritech supply sit under one roof.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Goods only earn their keep when they arrive. Shaoxing Chegpu Import & Export runs global sourcing and supply chain from China, and the group’s logistics work covers freight forwarding, customs, multimodal transport and warehousing across its operating markets.
Real Estate
Beehive Renaissance holds the group’s property interests and trades in electronics, yarn and fabric beside them — the steadier counterweight in a portfolio built on moving goods.
